Beautycounter Favs Product Guide

I love some good skin care products! What girl doesn't, right?! For those of you who may not know, I do a little thing on the side to promote safer, cleaner and better beauty with Beautycounter. All the ingredients in our products are safe and have multiple benefits for men, women and children of all ages (best part is you can pronounce all of them!) Literally this company has anything you could want with skin care and then some! Everything from anti-aging, acne control, cleansers, moisturizers, it will be hard to not "go crazy". With everything going on, we could all use some TLC to our bodies so, I decided to share some of top favorite products that I absolutely can not get enough of, with some honorable mentions of course!

1. Charcoal Mask & Bar - These two items are ultimate game changers when it comes to the appearance of your skin. The mask totally cleans and minimizes pores in a matter of 10 minutes. The bar reduces any redness in the skin and overall improves the appearance (hint hint - cut the bar in slices for longer usage!). I personally saw the redness in my cheeks dramatically disappear using both of these!

2. Sheer Lipsticks - These are perfect for those ladies that want moisturized lips but still show a kiss of color without being too much. I never back away from a bold lip but these are perfection! There are 11 different shades so you're bound to find the one you love to compliment your skin tone!

3. Counterstart Collection (Cococream Cleanser & Moisturizer) - These two products literally have made me feel like a human, especially during quarantine! The cleanser is perfect for waking up your skin and starting the day and also removing the day's impurities and makeup (if you wore it) in the evening. Meanwhile, the moisturizer provides the best hydration and compliments the cleanser so well. My skin is healthier and happier!

4. Counter+ All Bright C Serum - This is the creme de la creme of all Beautycounter products! This has brightened up the lives and skin of everyone that uses it. You want brighter, even, glowing, YOUTHFUL skin? Thank me later! :)

5. Melting Body Balm - This is a product that, in my opinion, doesn't get enough love and attention as it deserves. This bad boy transports you to an island paradise after you shower when it literally melts on your skin leaving it hydrated and softer than ever (goodbye dry elbows and knees!) It smells good and makes your skin feel better, need I say more?

6. Counter+ Eye Revive Cooling Masks - Need a fun girls spa night treat but ran out of cucumbers for your eyes? Where did that trend start anyways? HA. These little masks reduce puffiness and open up your eyes in just 10-15 minutes. Once you peel them off, just rub in the excess serum and ta-da! Where were these for my 15 hour Disney park days?

7. Makeup Remover Wipes - Soothing cloths that do the job...what else do you need?

8. Counter+ Brightening Facial Mist - This stuff is liquid gold! It preps your skin for the day, refreshes your face when you need it and (I love this feature) sets your makeup!

Now it's time for some honorable mentions that are just too fabulous not to talk about!

Makeup - If you know me, you know I love makeup (even though I am by NO means good at it!) I have more eyeshadow palettes than I need but I can't say no to them! I love the Beautycounter palettes mainly because of how versatile they are. Also, the pigmentation of these shades is mind-blowing; just goes to show that you don't need harsh chemicals to make a bomb color palette! Foundation wise, we have you covered whether you like a sheer foundation or full coverage. Either way, they are lightweight and do the trick in making you feel like you "have your face on". Personally, my favorite is the Skin Twin Featherweight Foundation because you can go for a light or fuller coverage with the same product while not feeling cakey. Did I mention it can help minimize the appearance of fine lines over time?

Sunscreen - Living in a beach town, I am in the sun A LOT. We are all beach bums here and you can find us by a body of water practically everyday, especially in the summer! Whether you like a mist or a lotion, we've got you covered...literally! Personal favorites are the Tinted Mineral Sunscreen Mist (SPF 30) and the Countersun Daily Sheer Defense For Face (SPF 25).

Men's Collection - Obviously, I am NOT a guy but I will tell you my dad is officially a Counterman and product snob. He is obsessed with the Counterman Conditioning Beard Oil and the Smoothing Shaving Cream (if you like a foamy shaving cream, this may not be your jam but it's worth a try!) You can even get the man in your life the whole Counterman Regimen, if you are in the spoiling mood!

Kid's Collection - For all of you that have sweet kiddos (babies to young kids), we have safe products for you! From diaper rash cream to bath time products that won't burn their eyeballs, you need to check it out! (Fun fact: my cousin uses the Kids Bath Collection to wash her dog and she says he has never smelled better and had softer fur!)

Remember, switching your products is like starting a diet. You don't throw away everything in your pantry, you slowly get rid of it and eventually you are stocked. Change doesn't happen over night but, one product might change your life and your health! :)
